All LACOS offices are equipped with the latest computer technology, adapted to the respective field of operations of the employees and oriented to the newest developments and technologies in the industry. This creates an optimal working environment for creativity, productivity and employee motivation.

Active and open cooperation is an important factor for LACOS in the successful realisation of our projects. Flat hierarchies enable fast decisions and an open and constructive exchange.

The LACOS team unites competent specialists, experienced practitioners, career starters, trainees and students who face new challenges together, enjoy working together and always meet at eye level. At our company events, hiking days, christmas parties or joint sporting activities, we also spend an hour or two away from work together.

LACOS focuses on close cooperation with its customers and partners during project implementation. Our developers are in direct contact with our customers and partners, from the idea to the requirement analysis and implementation to the market-ready product and the subsequent support and further development.

Talks between colleagues or superiors do not have to take place rigidly and conventionally in isolated meeting rooms. Places such as inviting seating areas or spacious lounge areas offer LACOS alternative possibilities for a constructive exchange of ideas.

Oriented towards openness and transparency, the spacious corridor in the middle of the office wing offers an insight into the rooms of the main building in Zeulenroda-Triebes. It is equipped with an integrated seating area and soothing water feature as well as a separate coffee machine.

In order to optimally reconcile family and career, LACOS set up a family workplace as part of its certification as a family-friendly company. All employees can use this workplace, for example to cover the closing times of daycare centres and schools or in the case of illness of their children.

LACOS considers the promotion of health and well-being to be very important. Measures within the framework of corporate health management are manifold and oriented towards this goal. An important part of this is the ergonomically designed office. Equipped with height-adjustable desks, individually adaptable technical equipment and other ergonomic aids, our offices offer optimum conditions for a healthy posture at the workplace.

Leading projects to success is a major challenge for many companies. To solve this problem, LACOS does not have individual projects with lone fighters. LACOS focuses on team strength, team promotion and team success. The constant learning from each other, solving problems and developing strategies collectively sets the course for current and future project success.

Spacious and friendly break rooms invite you to eat together and to celebrate occasionally. If you like it a little quieter, you can retreat to our relaxation room for a little calming.

Sharing knowledge, learning from each other and learning with each other is a central point of our daily work. It is important for LACOS to identify individual training needs and to cover them with internal and external qualification measures. All employees have access to regular further training time for their individual use. In further training rounds, colleagues share their knowledge with one another and thus help to jointly solve new challenges.

LACOS employees have a well-stocked coffee bar at their disposal to avoid a drop in performance due to an acute caffeine shortage. Water, teas, fresh fruit and vegetables and various mueslis are also available at all times. On special occasions, it can also be a glass of sparkling wine or a collective breakfast.

Our employees are fully committed every day and work concentrated and focused on our various projects. Regular office massages are an integral part of LACOS' corporate health management in order to create an appropriate balance and to prevent tension and the resulting back problems.

LACOS attaches great importance to active break design. Legendary are the daily table tennis rounds, where even the usually quiet colleagues get louder.

Wild kicker rounds are also part of the daily program at LACOS and let the colleagues eat their lunch in a hurry in order to compete in the sporting competition as quickly as possible.

As part of our corporate health management, it is particularly important to ensure ergonomic workplaces. Changing postures play a major role in this. LACOS provides various aids to switch between sitting, standing, kneeling or cycling positions. The resulting mobility and activity is additionally transferred to the focused and efficient work of our employees.

The conversations between the work tasks are also part of everyday work. Over a cup of coffee, we chat, laugh together and exchange ideas with our colleagues and superiors. This often involves discussing tasks and problems and developing solutions as an aside.

Our sports group meets regularly for running and strength training, for which LACOS offers various sports equipment. Corporate runs and other sporting events are always a meeting place for colleagues who participate in LACOS. Also our regular company events are usually sporty, whether monster scooter riding, sailing or canyoning, we like to have a bit more action.
